This article explains how to withdraw funds from your trading account on our client portal.
Steps:
- Log in to the client portal and navigate to Transact > Request Withdrawal.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
- Select the bank account you want to receive the funds in. (If you haven’t added a bank account yet, see instructions below)
- Review the details and confirm your withdrawal request.
Adding a Bank Account:
- Contact our support team and provide your bank details or account confirmation letter.
- We can only add bank accounts registered in your name.
Withdrawal Limits:
- Standard service: You can withdraw any amount.
- Premium service: You can only withdraw profits until your trading is complete. After that, you can withdraw your capital.
Processing Times:
- Withdrawal requests received before 13:00 will be processed the same day and should reflect in your account by midnight.
- Requests received after 13:00 will be processed the next business day.
Important Notes:
- The bank charges R65 to withdraw funds from your account.
- A withdrawal request can only be made once every 24 hours.
