This article explains how to withdraw funds from your trading account via the client portal.
Steps to Withdraw Funds:
- Log in to the client portal.
- Click “Withdraw” in the left-hand menu.
- Click “Withdraw” next to the bank account you’d like to withdraw to.span>
- Enter the amount, accept the disclosure, and click “Submit.”
Adding a Bank Account:
- On the Withdraw page, click “Add bank account.”
- Enter your bank details and click “Submit.”
- EOnce your bank account is verified, you’ll be able to withdraw funds.
Withdrawal Limits:
- Standard service: You can withdraw any amount.
- Premium service: You can only withdraw profits until your trading is complete. After that, you can withdraw your capital.
Important Notes:
- Withdrawals must go to an account in your name, we do not process withdrawals to third parties.
- A withdrawal request can only be made once every 7 days.
- Withdrawal requests are only available during SA business hours.
- Once submitted, you’ll receive a pre-populated withdrawal form to sign via email.
- Withdrawal requests take 2–3 days to process from the time you’ve signed the form.
- The bank charges R65 to withdraw funds from your account.
