Trades will generally be paid out on the following business day after they are booked. We do not process payments on weekends or South African public holidays. Please see below for a breakdown of the trade process:
- When a trade is booked you’ll receive a confirmation email from us with the subject “Trade request received”
- Once we receive your funds they’ll automatically be traded and you’ll receive an email from us with the subject “Your deposit has been received”
- The next business day you’ll receive an email with your Trading Statement containing a detailed breakdown of the results.
Your trade may face delays due to queries on your source of funds documents, issues with your TCS PIN, Tax Compliance Status, or high trading volumes at the bank.
